But newly-single Leigh-Anne Pinnock looked as though she was brushing
her romantic woes to one side as she enjoyed a recent sunshine break in
Jamaica with her family.
The Little Mix singer appeared to be having an absolute ball as she hit the beach with her doting dad and one of her sisters.
And Ashford Town FC footballer Jordan would be left in no doubt as to
what he's missing out on now the couple's two-year romance has come to
an end.
Beaming from ear-to-ear as she cooled off in the sea, the 23-year-old
pop princess looked utterly incredible as she paraded her toned curves
in a tiny canary yellow two-piece bikini.
Evidently putting her recent break-up to one side as she enjoyed some
quality time with her family, Leigh-Anne appeared happy and relaxed as
she chatted animatedly to her sister.
Wandering down the shoreline in her frilly bikini, the singer teamed her
sexy swimwear with a pair of unusual retro-style shades to shelter her
eyes from the Caribbean sun.
Leigh-Anne wore her raven locks falling in pretty tendrils down her
back, and ditched the make-up to display her striking natural looks.
When the heat of the sun became too much, the starlet - who is of Bajan
and Jamaican ancestry - covered up in a flowing cream kaftan with a
floral pattern as she wistfully stared out across the ocean.
Leigh-Anne's split from Jordan was revealed earlier this week, with
friends of the X Factor winner claiming she is 'heartbroken' to see her
long-term relationship come to an end.
The couple are believed to have split in late April, and the pop beauty
is said to be spending time with her friends and family as she nurses
her broken heart.
A source told The Sun newspaper: 'Leigh-Anne is really sad and has had
all her girlfriends around her in recent days to keep her spirits up.
'She's been out at clubs to stay busy but inside she's been heartbroken as she really loved Jordan.
'The silver lining is that as Little Mix are gearing up to release their
new track she'll be so busy she'll be distracted from her heartache.'
The previously loved-up duo were seen enjoying an idyllic getaway in
Barbados together in December, looking more smitten than ever as they
strolled along the beach, followed by a romantic trip to Venice for
Valentine's Day.
But the young star - who rose to fame on The X Factor in 2011 - has been
seen out and about at various parties and nightclub events more
frequently of late, without Jordan by her side.
Leigh-Anne hit the town with her Mix bandmate Jade Thirlwall in London on Tuesday night at celebrity nightspot Mahiki.
At the end of April, when she is purported to have split from Jordan,
she shared a rather sombre selfie - suggesting things weren't
particularly rosy between the pair.
And a few days later, she shared a snap of herself with a pal along with
the cryptic caption: 'My girls are all I need in this life..
The couple got together in early 2013, and at the time Leigh-Anne was said to be 'head over heels' with the football player.
