The estate, on the main road from Tralee to Dingle along the Wild Atlantic Way coastal route, includes 22 three-bedroom and four-bedroom terraced homes, 14 three bedroom semi-detached homes and ten five-bedroom homes.According to MyHome.ie, 14 of the homes are empty, 21 are rented out to a holiday home company, ten are being rented privately, and one is occupied by a caretaker.

The auction was held by Allsop at the RDS in Dublin. Sales totaling $27.7 million were made during the auction, which also included properties in Dublin and Co. Meath.
